Whether speaking on a conference stage, moderating a panel, facilitating a workshop, or sharing lived experience, Jen Pogue knows how to meet a room where it is – and invite it somewhere deeper. Combining personal storytelling, thoughtful questions, humour, and genuine curiosity, she opens up conversations that feel engaging, accessible, and human.

Drawing from her work as a filmmaker, writer, host, entrepreneur, and patient advocate, Jen brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to every conversation. From healthcare conferences and advocacy events to film festivals, industry panels, community gatherings, and special events, Jen believes meaningful conversations have the power to spark understanding, challenge assumptions, and create lasting change.

Stories That Connect. Conversations That Matter.

Advocacy & Keynote Speaking

In 2021, Jen was diagnosed with de novo metastatic Stage IV triple-negative breast cancer when she was in her mid-thirties. Following two years on a groundbreaking clinical trial, she emerged with a renewed commitment to use her story as a tool for advocacy, education, and change.

Today, Jen shares her widely and speaks to healthcare professionals, researchers, students, patient communities, and public audiences about topics including breast cancer awareness, patient engagement, living with uncertainty, resilience, sexual health and body image after cancer, storytelling as advocacy, and the power of including lived experience in shaping healthcare innovation.

Event Hosting & Emceeing

As the host of the award-winning lifestyle series and numerous industry and community events, Jen brings warmth, energy, and adaptability to live audiences of all sizes.
